Can I Enable Bluetooth on c510 ?

Master Menu - Press Avg Speed for 6s+; shows Bluetooth enable option currently off & icon appears at the bottom of the screen to update software ....

Just as it's been shown on here that the c510 can read street names if files are changed, am wondering IF / HOW I Can Enable Bluetooth on my c510 ?
