tomtom one v2 europe.
hi
have installed pgpsw database (24 files) and ogg voice warning files. i am certain i DON'T have tomtom cameras also.
voice warning comes on at red light camera swiftly followed by 3 bongs.
gatsos are the same - voice plus bongs.
mobile cameras - bongs only.
specs cameras - bongs only.
i have seen the ogg files for these cameras on my card in the correct order in the map folder.
how can i just have voice warnings for each camera and NO bongs??
many thanks |

Tony, There must be other files on your device causing the second warning, if they are TomTom supplied files please have a read through THIS which details how to remove them, otherwise check the files in your map folder that end with ov2 file extension, have you got a single camera database file in there? - Mike |

hi mike
i seem to have 26 pgpsw ov2 files in my map folder. the only other ov2 files showing are things like railway stations etc. each camera file has the correct ogg file positioned next to it???
i'm at a loss. its not a major concern as all still works fine, but just annoying to get double warnings and no spoken warnings on some camers eg unspecified speed mobile ones etc. |

Boring to type them all out I know, but could you list ALL the ov2 files you can see in the map folder when you examine it in Windows Explorer? |

Thanks Mullet!!!
I've been looking for something like that for ages.
Never understood why something similar wasn't written into Windows years ago. |

Remove these files and your problem should go away (these are the single file speed camera download) - with no ogg fill associated the device will bleep etc - Mike |
