TT6 Losing favourites & warnings

I've got TT6 running on an IPAQ 4150.
It works fine for so long then looses all the stored favourites, home and voice warnings.

It's not the SD card being locked because it stores them for a few weeks then I'll switch on & they're gone.

Any suggestions?
Which files should I back up to store the favourites etc so I can restore them without manually entering each one again?

I had the same problem.
I copied all my files from the SD card to my PC, and when I went to open the config file (can't remember the name) it came up as corrupted.
I was using a high-speed SD card and had another couple of minor issues.
I switched to a standard SD card and re-created the config file and the problems went away
