This company seems to have very poor customer service. Six weeks ago I bought a TMC-RDS receiver from them. It was showning in stock and I paid extra for next-day delivery. When the unit did not arrive they failed to respond to an email but I eventually reached them on the phone. I was told that it was not in stock and that they would refund the courier cost. In fairness, the unit arrive after 48 hours but I am still waiting for notification of the refund SIX weeks on.

Having involved Enfield Trading Standards, Handnav Technology Ltd have at long last issued a refund after almost seven weeks. Its a shame that a consumer has to take such action but if you want to stay in business you have to keep to your word. Thanks Handnav!

How ever the boot up the backside they got from trading standards may well mean that others won't have the same problems that you did.
