Bit of legal help please.

I am most surprised, and disappointed to have to report, that since posting my last complimentary message, that, to date, despite Email follow ups, I have heard nothing further from GPS.

Another week gone by, and still nothing...I just don't understand it.

Thanks Catherine...yes, but to be frank I'd sent you 2/3/4 without a response and in your abscence,I called your office. (I understood from the call that I made to your 'helpdesk that you had gone away,)...the guy I spoke to was very helpful...he sent me the returns form to complete, which I did, and I enclosed with the returned Arkon unit and subsequently received an email acknowedging safe receipt of the unit. All I'm waiting for now, is my next Visa statement to see if the promised refund has hit it ! I'll certainly let you know if it hasn't. regards, Mike.
