Double entry when recording POIs

I tried to record some POIs using CheckPOInt 2.0.2. I passed a Gatso camera and clicked the Gatso image on the screen. That brought up a selection of speed limits so I clicked 30mph. Looking at the recorded POIs later I found that each click had recorded - one with unknown characteristics and the other with 30mph. How can I avoid this. The same thing appeared to happen the second time I tried.
