A. Sorry, no. Although we do have a combined Continental file, and any additions will be more than welcome.

However, when I went to download your database it did not appear that this file was available as all files were preceded by "UK -". How do I get this file?

just select the "EUR - Single file with all cameras" option from the "Camera Selection" drop down list
