Garmin good customer service

I recently damaged the battery compartment cover for my street pilot i3, emailed garmin to find out how much a replacement would be, and they emailed me back within a few days asking for a delivery address and they would send me one completely free.

in my opinion, that goes above and beyond the normal levels of customer service so i thought i would share it with you all
