gpswarehouse and garmin poor customer service

Bought a quest 2 in march

started playing up so rang gpswarehouse,

they told me to ring garmin which i did and got my rma number.'

sent it back

now cant get hold of garmin , they dont answer the emails or the phone trying the 3rd time today so far 45mins on hold.

Totaly unacceptable customer service from a large company like garmin.

I'm surprised. I've had nothing but brilliant service from Garmin.
First case was a 128mb data card packed up. I e-mailed "techsupp" in Romsey and a new one arrived in post a week later. They didn't ask for the old one or anything.
Second, the screen on my e-trex Vista packed up after THREE years. i.e. well out of warranty. I sent it to romsey for servicing and two weeks later recieved a brand new unit. No quibbles, no charge.
