Converting Pushpins - Longitude

I am doing my first attempt at converting pushpins from MS streets and trips for use in Navigator. I succesfully export using either POI converter or Pushpins utility but with both utilities the longitude values of the exported file differ considerably from those shown on MS streets and trips or created using Navigator.

an example is 33.47229N 112.07106W comes out as 33.47317 67.92646 how do I export with the correct values?

There are known problems when decoding the .psp files created by AutoRoute 2002 and 2003 and I have been unable to find a fix that could be incorporated into my conversion program. I understand that Microsoft correct the shift when the files are used on the Pocket PC.

I still use AR 2001 which is OK. Does anyone know if AR 2004 has the same offset problem?
