Switching from TT to Destinator.

I'm currently using a iPaq 3630 with a Navman 3000 sleeve & TT 2.2
However I will be spending some time in Eastern Europe and TT doesn't have any suitable map.
Apparently Destinator does...
Can someone advise me what and where to buy the Destinator software and maps that will work with the above setup?
