POI not showing on map

I downloaded POCKETGPS_UK_SC.OV2 have installed it on MOBILE://Storage Card\Great-Britain Navigator Map but they do not show up on TOMTOM



I have tried changing the map but still no POI's any ideas

run TomTom - Tap the navigator screen - tap properties - tap POI tab at bottom of the screen - tick the POI's that you want to display - tap ok



Alternatively go to map view and select properties and then as above

I have done all this too they do not show in list
im using tom tom ver 1 is this a prob?

In addition to the .OV2 file you must have an accompanying file with the same name but a .bmp extension, this is the Icon Bitmap and is provided in our database download.

If you have the two files (.ov2 and .bmp) then try a soft-reset and then check if the POI is visible.
