New firmware for Quest (3.90) and Quest 2 (2.60)

Beware!! No evidence it was firmware but I just toasted my Quest 2 trying to update firmware. Locked up updating and erased all sytem software. I will start a new topic about it.

Updated to 2.6 with no problems.
Now to field test it......

My Quest 2 with 2.60 is a bit quicker in the map rdraw department. :D
