AcerN35 - Destinator

Can anybody tell me why my Destinator tells me that i have 3miles to go to a point and the display shows 2.0miles????

Would that be on the approach to roundabouts? If so that is a long standing problem but easily remedied, a search should find it on this forum.

The problem is a typo in the destinatorvoicemanouvers file.

open this file with notepad and part-way down you will see a line that doesn't match the rest.

ie. instaed of containing DISTANCE,0,0,t_l;3*2;UNITS

If I remember correctly it says 2*3 or 3*3 (something like that)

Just change the line to read 3*2 and all will work fine. (Remember of course to copy the file back to the pda)
