General:

300 - same as Classic, but without ASN and with Bluetooth (no handsfree function), comes with SD card (single country map) and car charger only.

500 - 400MHz processor, Bluetooth (handsfree function), Radio Remote control receiver (remote control transmitter optional), SD with country+ maps (single country + major roads of western europe in one map)

700 - same as 500, but with 2.5GB hard drive instead of SD, street level maps of Western Europe, remote control transmitter as standard

So what would one store in the 2.5GB hard drive?

Are we saying that if you were prepared to buy a bigger SD card if you filled it up, and you weren't fussed by remote control then the 500 is just as good as the 700?

I was um'ing and ah'ing over buying a 700 yesterday, I saw one advertised at £350, but it went up £20 while I was watching it and its gone up another £25 over night! now £375.
