General:
300 - same as Classic, but without ASN and with Bluetooth (no handsfree function), comes with SD card (single country map) and car charger only.
500 - 400MHz processor, Bluetooth (handsfree function), Radio Remote control receiver (remote control transmitter optional), SD with country+ maps (single country + major roads of western europe in one map)
700 - same as 500, but with 2.5GB hard drive instead of SD, street level maps of Western Europe, remote control transmitter as standard |

So what would one store in the 2.5GB hard drive?
Are we saying that if you were prepared to buy a bigger SD card if you filled it up, and you weren't fussed by remote control then the 500 is just as good as the 700?
I was um'ing and ah'ing over buying a 700 yesterday, I saw one advertised at £350, but it went up £20 while I was watching it and its gone up another £25 over night! now £375. |
