Had to do a hard reset on my hp 4150 and then restored the system using Sprint Backup. Ever since then, when I dock the device I get a "Syncronization Error" in the Activesync window - even though it says that the device is connected. POIEdit autoupdates ok and I can brows the PPC in explorer, so there is a connection running.

The get connected option under the file menu is greyed out, so I can't use that to try and force a connection.

Any ideas as to why the device is not syncronising? I am running Activesync 4.1.0 (Build 4841) and ROM v1.10 on the PPC. Do I need to delete and re-install Activesync?

Steve.

do another hard reset, and then try the Activesync directly. If that works then something in your backup is interfering.

If you don't want to do the hard reset, start repllog manually on the Pocket PC when connected, and see if that helps. If it does your notification queue is corrupt.
