Is re-routing on SmartST Pro quicker with ppc 2003?

I'm looking for a reason to upgrade my ipaq 3970 to ppc 2003, so far i've only really concidered the added support for the 400mhz Xscale cpu.

something that has always bothered me with SmartST Pro is that it takes ages to re-route when you go off track, especially if the destination is quite far from where you went wrong.

Is re-routing on SmartST Pro quicker with ppc 2003?

and if so, is it much faster and is this due to the added support for the faster cpu's?

What I really want to know is does it justify paying £50 for an upgrade for this feature alone or is it another money spinner for those already very wealthy organisations?
