I've never had one problem with GPSW. They're always efficient, fast at delivering and their support is superb and they're cheaper than a lot of other stores!

My first experience with GPS - I just ordered a GPS 'mouse' and InfoMap Navigator from GPSW. The ordering process was painless over the phone and hopefully I'll be able to comment on delivery and the products in a couple of days.

More praise; the GPS receiver I ordered from GPS Warehouse, a Haicom 203E arrived quickly but was unfortunately broken. It was outputting NMEA strings but refused to give a fix. A quick call to GPSW eliminated to most obvious user errors and the problem persistet. A replacement was despatched immediately which worked straight away.



Many online retailers are good at grabbing your money and initial delivery, its post-sales support where you really can tell the difference and GPSW sure do come up tops here!

What can I say :D ...ordered my Haicom hi 303MMF and Tom Tom 2 software on Wed over the phone, both items confirmed in stock and duly arrived on Thurs morning.
