I want to factory reset my Mitac mio A201 the instruction manual says I need to contact Mitac mio, how absurd is that! does anyone know how it can be done? I can't wait to sell this pile of ????

1.Remove the battery and the battery cover.
2.Use the stylus to switch "off" the on/off switch in the battery compartiment.
3.Switch "on" the "on-off" switch again, while pressing the record button on the left side of the MioA201.
4. While holding the record button, close the battery compartiment with the battery cover (important!).
5.Once the message "loading" is on the bottom of the screen, the record button can be released.
6.Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize the start-up procedure.
