Install Speed cameras for destinator lite

unfortuanatly you are unable to do this with the lite version
following my conversation with destinator in germany.
this is because the lite version does not have favourites folder.
you need to do what i did and upgrade your software to pn or something

you are unable to do this with destinator lite you have to upgrade your software to destinator 3 or PN
