Go500 Additional Mount - Hands free functionality

I got an additional TT windscreen mount to put in our second car, and have just found that the handsfree phone function doesn't seem to work properly anymore.

The phone connects via bluetooth as normal, and dials when requested, but the mic input / speaker output is still on the phone handset, not via the TomTom.

Looking at the handset (Nokia 6680), it shows a connected bluetooth device, but doesn't show it as a "Headset", which I'm sure the original mount does (can't check this 'till I get home tonight).

Does anyone know if the additional mount's don't have Microphone's built into them?.

I've checked on my additional mount and they do have microphone built in

I wouldn't bother with the internal mic as I've found it to be near to useless. The external mic costs £20 and works much better.

In relation to your problem the only suggestion I can give is to re-pair the phone and ensure you select 'Internal microphone'.
