Mapsned topo usa error

First of all i am new and i am having a problem. I installed everything correctly on my pc and now i am tring to boot up mapsend topo when it does this it says:
Waring
There is no appropriate MapSendTopo 3D USA in CD rom IN drive E:/
Insert labeled MS3US_3 and press retry to continue or press cancle to quit

Jut to all you smart a$$ people i have the cd in the tray. I have tried restarting the cpu. What do i do next?

I am having the same problem. I have gone as far as to install a fresh Windows XP OS on a new computer and am running ONLY Topo 3D. I spent 6 1/2 hours in the support que last week and have never spoken to a live person. I submitted this problem (with my que gripe) to Magellan by email two days ago- no answer!
What is the secret to this - anyone?
