use your Seidio contacts - there are at least three people on this forum that have outstanding RMAs with the company and not yet recieved any replay - despite waiting weeks for authorisation - this does not reflect well on the company at all



I realise that this is not your problem but you appear to have contacts in Seidio and they appear to be friendly to this site

David, sure all you have to do is ask. I can't promise anything, but I have forwarded on some complaints already to Seidio and I haven't heard anything back from the people who wanted RMA's, so I can only presume that were dealt with.



If you check out this thread you'll see wrxm33 is Anthony Kan of Seidio. If you check out this PDF you'll see Anthony deals with Technical Support, and the Director of Marketing is Lorraine Young.



Feel free to contact them direct, if you want me to forward your email onto our Marketing contact and Anthony then send me an email with the subject line of SEIDIO RMA. Same goes for anyone else.



But before sending, detail your problems and a timeline of events otherwise I can't help!

I have already posted the RMA# on this thread. Mr Miles, we are sorry for all the inconvenience. Since our system has already shown a email had been issued, there maybe email interuption when the RMA email is sending to you. We apologize for all the problems we caused.
