Seidio Europe = Rubbish

I bought a mount from them - which turned out to be limp top say the least - they have made no suggestion to remedy the situation and have not supplied the necessary details for me to return the unit - despite my having completed their RMA form twice - this is insane - how can a compnay run like this? My next step is to route the complaint via my credit card company and not pay for the damn thing



In short - I would recommend that you avoid buying from Seidio unless you have no other avenue, both their products and their customer service are substandard

In the vain hope that someone from Seidio does read this - my only recourse due to the non-replying to of emails and the non-issuing of an RMA document is to contact my credit card company with a view to reversing the payment to Seidio - I have never had the misfortune of dealing with a company which conducts itself in such an unprofessional matter
