:D Hi all hope someone can help . I have a Navman 510 and I use it on my moterbike but am unable to charge it so half way through my working day it dies and am left stranded and have to go back to map reading . does anyone know of the best way to charge it on a moterbike ? I have the mains charger and the charger for the cig lighter in the car any help would be great .

I would have thought installing a cigarette lighter onto the bike and using the car charger would be the best option. Here's some info on fitting one to a bike Smile

To provide a 12v feed to my gizmos (satnav, Starcom etc) I bought a cigar lighter socket from Maplins (99p??) and jumpered that in to a switched circuit (rear lights).

This is zipptied under the seat, and has running leads going off in different directions.

:D Hi many thanks for the info .I Have got myself a cig lighter and got some ends that can be fitted into my moterbike batt . I have the cigg lighter charging bit from navman so it should work ok .I will let you all know if it works .
