TOMTOM map file on SD card ???

So I guess the PDA version (TOMTOM 5) and the all-in-one units (GO 300 or 700) both use a SD card to read the map info. My question is, do both versions use the same exact information on those SD cards? So anotherwards would someone be able to take the card from a GO 300 and plop it in a PDA?

I know it's a strange question but just wondering if anyone knew.

The license is to use the software on one device.

As the maps have to be activated using the product code and device code, moving the card to a new device would mean a new online activation, and you can only do that every six months.
