Routes flicker when displayed on the PC

Anyony have the problem of a route flickers when displayed on the PC? It seems to flicker quicker the more waypoints there are. No major problem but it does get annoying.

I havn't experienced any problems like this on my pc

Got it sorted now. It seems that when I did the upgrade to 4.4.3. somehow the GPS was set up as nmea on com 1 so the program was looking for a gps signal, reset to NONE and flicker stopped.
