Anyone with a P900 upgraded the formware to P905 and used Mobile Britain for the P910?

Ok, just got my P905 back (after having the P910 software flashed onto the P900).
Installed Mobile Britain for P910, and it all appears to work.....installs, calculates maps etc....but cant give it a proper run for a few days as i'm working.

Looks like a good option for people with a P900 who want maps on a single memory stick, rather than split maps for the UK

I've now given it a good run.

The only drawback is the quiet voice even on max volume.
Someone recommended resaving the .wav files with 25% extra oomph, but this seemed to corrupt my install.
In the end I've bought a TDK OutLoud flat panel cd holder and ripped off the cd bit - so now I have a flat panel speaker which is battery powered and plugs into the headphone socket on the phone. Voices nice and loud now. I might even have a play and incorporate the flat panel speaker in to my sun visor.

The maps seem much better than Wayfinder - there are several roads I use that are restricted access - Wayfinder didn't recognise these and tried to send me down them. Route 66 routed round them correctly.

I'm impressed - especially when you're on a strange road and you see a sharp bend -a quick glance at the satnav and you can see how sharp it really is.

A real pity that they don't subscribe to the general speed camera database as that would round it all off nicely.
