InfoRad - Green light flashes continuously

Hi there,

I recently purchased an Infrorad - but it never locks onto a signal.

My friends unit worked fine in my car - but after i received mine - i updated it, and registered it, but the green light never goes solid.

Any ideas guys!?

Is your friend's unit an Inforad? The flashing green light means it hasn't locked onto a minimum of 3 satellites. The unit should be placed as near as possible to the bottom of the windscreen which should not be an athermic one.

yes my friends was an inforad thats why i bought one cos i was impressed by it.

his one worked, so i think my one is faulty.
