just updated speed camera database (3.0.6.4) but not working

hi all
i have just updated the speed camera database from version 3054 to 3064
the 3054 was working great but thought i would update to get the new cameras but no cameras appear on the 2D mape or no warnings
i have the the medion md95900 which is the mdpna200s
isp is NTL (read somewhere about a cache problem but am new to all this so dont know if it is relivant)
but as i said installed 3054 fine and picked up every speed camera i passed but with 3064 i am getting nothing.
are any of you getting the same problem or can some body please help me
if you can please explain in laymans terms as i am pretty new to all this

To get round the cache problem try using the URL with a question mark added like this http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/uksafetycameras.php?

but for some reason i have turned the pna on today
and all the speed cameras are now there
