NAVMAN PIN 100, can't get a GPS connection

Hello, I'm new in the GPS world and I just bought a Navman Pin 100. Everything seems to work but the GPS system. Somehow, I can't have a GPS connection. The GPS setup says "no GPS data." I actually don't know what COM port or baud rate to select so I tried all of them with the same result, no GPS data.
Any help would be appreciated.
