Stylus wont stay in Ipaq 3630!

I have owned my 3630 for a couple of years now and the catch that holds the stylus in rarely seems to do the job anymore. Usually it takes around half a dozen attempts to get it to stay in.



Any ideas for a fix?



P.S. Its not the stylus as I have tried the spare and its the same.

Pocket PC Techs have produced a DIY kit to replace the stylus lock with an improved version. The stylus lock always was a bit fragile on the earlier iPAQs, and it sounds like a broken stylus lock is your problem.



Expansys have the kit here or there's a version with a new main battery (which you can change whilst you have the iPAQ open) here.

Also go to ebay and search for Ipaq, the replacement Kits are always advertised for sale on there.
