medion mdpna150 and tomtom navigator

Hi I have read through the forums and seem to have found conflicting information with regards to installing tomtom 3 onto a mdpna 150
I have installed taskbar and tomtom seems to install onto my 150 but when I try and run the program I get the error cannot find tomtomnavigator or one of its components??
I have tried to install several times now soft resetting after install etc but still always the same.

Could someone enlighten me as to wheteher installing tomtom is actually possible or if so how to actually do it as maybe I have missed something.

I know that just above this is a post stating that tomtom cannot be installed onto WinCE.Net 4.2 but searching through the forums several posts say that they have tomtom running on the same unit???
