OT but is the A419 on TomTom (TeleAtlas) Maps?
6mths is very recent in map terms. Typically it takes nearer 12mths+ to get changes incorporated into maps actually available to devices.

Actually that is a good point, the press release specifically states 7x5. However I'd be surprised if it wouldn't work with the 75x but there may be some software reason that requires the 7x5.
