i dont know this device but i suppose that destinator is installed to sd card.Can you see via active sync what folders do you in your sd card?

What is your device?You must copy manually the files to the folder i have said not from the console.In many devices the path is destinatorapps\destinator\voice\all in storage card or main memory.
