I have the SysOn GPS CF PLUS III. Model SOC2S04. It's not the one with onboard memory.

I've confirmed with SysOnChip that this unit does NOT need drivers and, from surfing a lot of forums, that simply clicking "Dismiss" when asked to establish a connect works ok.
