Sounds like you probably have a USB connector problem.
Rather than letting the pda gather dust you can always apply any updates/additions using a card reader. |

You might not have a problem.
i have TT6 on a Medion and the very 1st time i loaded it on it behaved in a very similar way to how you describe, in that it was so slow to move through the menus that ... |

The Mio ebackup, and sprite should both back up everything in the Mio memory to the storage card.
I would also suggest backing up the storage card to your PC either using active sync, or with a card ... |

The best advise maybe to backup everything onto an SD card using a backup utility such as sprite (or e-backup which comes with Mio).

The Mio usually comes with MIo's e-backup. You could backup using this once in a while. |
