I use my TomTom sometimes, but for the car to have a built in Sat Nav, then it would be nice for it to be updated and able to use.

Are we any closer to getting this format sorted? Very Happy

I would be interested in this. Did we ever get it sorted and were you ever told what format the files need to be in?

My TomTom is telling me I have a new Map of Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland.

I click on the download button and it greys out, but nothing actually downloads.

Any ideas please?

That the problem I can select them ALL like you have, but can't add them ALL at once to the device.

You certainly can't do that in Firefox. You can only click and drag with the mouse, or by shift-click or Ctrl-click so many. Not sure what the maximum is, but just tried it with all the Food & Dri ...

For example if I downloaded all the POI in the Food category there would be over 100. With my old one which had the SD card I could basically download the POI and then copy and past ...

The only way you can download POI's is not as a big group is what I was trying to say (Quite hard to explain).

Is there an easy way to download as with the One you could copy and paste, but with the 820 it is a case of browsing for it and you can upload many at a time.

Each camera type *IS* a category of POI.

Or did you mean "can all the files be put into a folder before adding them"?

POI downloaded, but is it not possible to have them in a category as on Community Content it is quite a long list.

I have just got this device and having an issue on where to even start to get the POI and Camera's on.

When I plug in the Device My TomTom is just a web page.
