Have you tried :-
1)- Prise (gently) the frame off the screen and reset (paperclip through hole revealed)
2)- Take it back whence it came and exchange/refund |

Yes any SD Card Will Work With The C320.
But You Must Uplpoad Your Maps Using The Garmin Software.
The Bigger The Card The More Maps You Can Put On.
