Sounds faulty to me. Perhaps not getting a good signal lock, and so is 'guesstimating' ?
I'd return it for a replacement, to be on the safe side if I was you.
I have the same unit and it is ROCK ... |

Back to the shop then. I'd guess the unit's flash has become corrupted somehow...
Although that is a little odd, as nothing would be done to the unit until the flash process is underway. |

I will keep an eye on the product - but will wait till some reviews surface before committing to it. I really like Navigator2, and if this is better, I'll more than likely purchase it.
