does anybody know if the normal tom tom 3 software for the pocket pc will work on the xda ii or does it need to be running tom tom mobile

I have an ipaq 3760 running tom tom v.3 and just purchased an ipaq navigatin sleeve which i believe is the NAVMAN 3000 to go with it will this work ...
