Hmmm.....unfortunately you can't get it on 3. I had this out with them a while ago, and it's basically because the Traffic system uses GPRS (which is 2.5G).

Hmmm...I'm guessing it's Nokia's way of stopping people from interfering too much with the software.
To give an update though, I got a card reader, and dumped my original 64MB card onto the new 51 ... |
