Formatting the device and then putting the files back onto it seemed to fix it.

I've just recently purchased a One IQ Europe Edition TomTom and after installing Speed Cameras, POI's, Voices and Car symbols etc I have some corrupted files on the device...

I'm installing all the Speed Cameras onto my F20 and as I use the Speed Zone and Camera Type theres lots of separate files to do one by one.

My sister got the F20 for Christmas is trying to load updated Speed Cameras on to it but she didn't get a SmartST Disc in with the unit. Can she download it from somewhere?
