Garmin Express will tell you which map is installed and yes, it is a full update with changes to roads and junctions etc. Is your map only for a small region as my EU was 7GB+ ?

| Must admit the traffic updates on my Garmin via smartlink are hit and miss at the best of times. I find Waze the best for traffic etc. |
