Where does the bitmap image go on my TT? I have a voices folder but no skins folder.In the voices folder I have placed the data chk and the vif files but I cant select her!

After six weeks of nagging TomTom returned my original 700 (which they said they couldn`t repair) and sent a replacement unit with it.
Only after I sent a "nice" letter if you know what I mean!
