Sorry if i`ve missed the answer to my question, i did try to find it. Is the GO950Live a closed system or can i load my own poi`s , i`m thinking of buying a new one.

It gets as far as the splash screen and that`s it.
I`ve tried resetting.
It`s fully charged.
One suggestion i`ve had is that the application software is incorrect but what is the alternative ?
