Thanks for the help.
It is disappointing that the Tom Tom English website clearly states that the XXL has spoken street names when it appears that it does not.

Tempted to buy a 1005 to replace my really old tomtom one....

Didn't see a mention of the cost beyond year 1 for the 'Live' services.
If the yearly subscription price was mentioned it might put people off buying.

I have a TomTom One V2 Europe that I have had since they where first released, works perfectly although the maps are now out of date.

Do a full reset or whatever it is called, hold the two outer butons pressed on the front while presing the reset on the back, hold them for maybe 5 seconds and it will reset ( I think that is the way! ... |
