Not sure about TomTom Go, but I would imagine it should let you edit these speeds?

| Its because you have the Emtac set as your GOS device within TomTom m8? As you launch TomTom it thinks you need the BT connection in order to work so it launches the Popup for you to select ... |

I had the same problem the only solution was to get my Socket swapped!
If the green light stays fixed then the unit is faulty.
