| I've just tried something similar, and for the map segments I have transferred to my Nuvi that option is greyed out - ie I cannot select it. I think this is because these v8 maps already have routing ... |

There is no choice there with CityNavigator Europe v8 NT.
The route data is automatically transferred!
If you had the Non NT version then the option would appear!
