you can try some mapopolis stuff, I tried a few of there maps however I do not have the gps yet.

Anyways you can try there stuff for a while and it is pretty reasonably priced, I like the accuracy ...

You are confusing the 4100 with the 4410. The faq just references the the difference between the 4400 and the 4410 and not the 4100.

They say there is no difference between the hardware of the 440 ...

The whole point of Bluetooth is no wires.
I don't want any extra wires tangling stuff up and getting in the way.

well i cannot find a lick of information about 4100 on any of navmans 4 websites. I did find it online at a resellers website for $250
so I may be back to my old game plan of buying the whole package ...

It could be that tomtom is trying to connect to a live server and you have no connection to connect with. Try your settings in tomtom.

so what is optimal street navigation settings??

Is it the 38400 nmea?

I would still need to further configure this out of the box then to use best with copilot right?
